Off the Menu OC

Covering the dining scene in and around the OC

The fifth annual Newport Beach Restaurant Week is in full swing, but diners can still reap rewards once Restaurant Week ends on January 27 thanks to the Newport Beach Discount Dining Reward Card.

As a thank you for dining out during Newport Beach Restaurant Week, diners can obtain a Dining Rewards Card at any of the more than 70 participating restaurants. The card is valid January 28 – March 13, and offers 20% off the menu at a Newport Beach restaurant when you dine during the card’s promotion dates. It is also valid for 20% savings at the  official spa of Newport Beach Restaurant Week: Spa Gregories.

Here’s how it works: Participating restaurant service staff will distribute a Dining Rewards Card to each patron with their bill who dine and place an order from the Restaurant Week menu. Spa Gregories will be an additional distribution point for post Newport Beach Restaurant Week “Bounce Back” rewards cards.

Then, between January 28 and March 13, 2011, present the card prior to ordering to receive 20 percent off your meal. Dining Rewards Card must be surrendered to receive the discount. Limit one card per person per visit, but up to six cards can be used per party. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other special or promotion, drinks & gratuity not included. Not valid on holidays or for take-out orders.

We can’t remember the last time so many Newport Beach restaurants offered such a generous promotion, so take advantage of it while you can. I know we will!
